Automate the repetitive work.
I build AI workflows that take routine tasks off your plate, like sorting email, following up with leads, updating orders and sending reminders and reports, so the repetitive work stops landing on you.
Example: a 30-second look at one automation, an inbox that sorts itself and drafts replies.
- Email arrives
- AI reads it
- Sorted and labeled
- Reply drafted
- You approve
What I can automate
A few common examples. If a task is repetitive and follows a pattern, it can usually be automated.
Inbox triage
Every new email is read and labeled Urgent, Normal or General. When a reply is needed, one is drafted and waits in Drafts until you approve it.
Leads and follow-up
Website form submissions land in your spreadsheet or CRM, you get an instant alert, and the sender receives a confirmation.
Orders and customer updates
Order confirmations, shipping updates and low-stock alerts for online stores, sent without anyone touching them.
Reports and reminders
Weekly summaries, invoice reminders and renewal alerts, delivered on schedule.
Website upkeep
Alerts when your site goes down, backups saved to a second location, and a weekly report of visits and leads.
Your own process
If you do something the same way every time, tell me about it. Most repetitive tasks, in any business, can be automated.
How it works
-
Tell me what eats your time
A short conversation about the repetitive tasks in your week. I tell you which ones are worth automating and which aren’t.
-
I build it and show it working
You see it run on real examples before it goes live, and you decide what it should and shouldn’t do.
-
I keep it running
When an app changes or you want something different, I update it. Bigger changes get a quote first.
Pricing. Each automation is quoted individually: a one-time setup, plus an optional monthly plan to keep it maintained.
Testing, access and your data
Automations touch your email, files and customers, so here is exactly how I handle that.
How I test
- Every automation is built and tested before it touches anything live.
- I run it on real examples first and show you what it would have done.
- Nothing goes live until you have seen it work and said yes.
- AI-written replies and similar output are saved as drafts for your review, unless you ask for automatic sending.
What I can access
- You connect each app yourself through its official sign-in. I never ask for your passwords.
- I ask for the narrowest permissions the job needs, where the app allows it.
- Your accounts stay yours. You can remove my access at any time from the app’s own settings, and the automation simply stops.
What happens to your data
- I use it only to build, test and maintain your automations.
- I keep what I learn about your business confidential, and I do not sell your data.
- For testing I use the smallest sample I need, and delete my copies when the project ends unless you ask me to keep them.
- If an automation uses an AI service, the text it needs to read is sent to that provider. I will tell you which one before it goes live.
- If you have to follow data rules such as the GDPR, tell me at the start and we will agree what is needed.

Questions
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You describe the task in plain language, and I handle the setup, testing and upkeep.
Will AI act without me checking?
Not unless you ask for it. By default, anything AI writes, such as an email reply, is saved as a draft for you to review before it goes out.
Which tools do you work with?
Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Slack, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot and many others. The workflows are built on n8n, an automation platform.
Is my data safe?
Each app is connected through its own official sign-in, access is limited to what the workflow needs, and you can revoke it at any time from that app’s account settings.
Tell me what you’d like to automate
Send a short description of the task and the tools you use. I’ll reply with what’s possible and what it would involve.
